  • The sensor sends a "self–checking" transmission approximately every 90 minutes.
  • You can protect more than one door or window from a single sensor by installing additional magnetic switches. Simply loop the switches in series from one door or window to the next.
  • A delay switch on the front of the Door/Window Sensor gives you several options: set off alarm immediately it is tripped; set off alarm when door or window is opened; or set off alarm after a preset entry delay.
  • The DS90 is supervised so the system will let you know if a battery is low.
  • The DS90 can also be used as a universal transmitter: instead of the magnetic switch, connect any kind of detector (e.g. glass break detector or smoke detector) to the two–screw terminal.
