The Wireless Video Sender transmits high-quality video and stereo sound to any television in your home, up to 30 metres away. The product uses 2.4GHz technology, which offers better transmission strength through walls compared to video senders operating on lower frequencies. This results in sharper pictures, clearer sound and reduced signal interference.
The Video Sender supports full stereo audio so you won't skip a beat. Transmitting live video and audio through walls and floors, there's no line-of-site limitations.
The GV45 video sender also has a built-in infrared remote extender. This enables you to continue to use your remote control, even in a different room to your source devices. The way this works is that the receiver (set up away from the source devices) converts IR signals to RF and then sends them to the transmitter. The transmitter then converts the RF signals back to IR and transmits them to your source devices. The system is also compatible with our 8in1 universal remote, giving you the ability to control your devices from any room in the house.
Connections
The GV40 receiver (installed away from the source device) does NOT have a "modulated" output (like an aerial connector). If you do not have RCA connections (the red/white/yellow plugs) you need the GV70 unit instead. The GV70 allows you to connect the receiver directly into your TV's antenna input, just in case you don't have RCA inputs or they are are all taken. The modulated output is tuned to a UHF channel.
