Then get the best of both worlds with the Day&Night Bullet Camera, an incredibly flexible camera that outputs vibrant colour by day and switches to a ultra-sensitive black & white mode at night. When necessary, it activates 12 integrated infrared illuminators that allow the camera to capture images in complete darkness up to 10 meters away - making the camera ideal for low light-level entrance surveillance, alleyway monitoring Until now, the only solution that addressed both of these diverse needs was to buy and install two cameras, not to mention a complicated switching system. But the Day&Night Bullet Camera does the job of all three of those elements, automatically switching from color to black & white based on the amount of available light. And since you won't have to remember to press a button or flip a switch, the camera will perform perfectly 24/7, without human interaction. This camera features a water resistance rating to IP57 (the IP57 rating refers to the camera's limited protection against dust ingress - with no harmful deposit - and the protection against immersion in water from 1cm to 1m) - allowing it to be submerged underwater. This makes it ideal for aquariums or virtually any underwater surveillance application. When mounted underwater, however, this IR illumination distance may vary. The camera housing is made of a lightweight alloy and is supplied with a swivel mount base and mounting screws. A removable light/rain shield is also included to provide basic protection to the CCD lens from the elements when mounted outside.
